Homedays is a trading name of Redspa Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 07205878. That is the whole legal structure: one small UK company, building one product.
Homedays was briefly called Maziko, and before that Oiko. Same product, same company, one name that says what it shows.
Why this exists
Most family calendars assume one home. Most co-parenting apps assume two parents in conflict and charge each of them for the privilege. Neither fits how a lot of families actually run, which is across two homes, with grandparents, a childminder, a new partner and a school all needing to know what is happening this week.
Homedays started from the things that go wrong at the seams between two homes: the PE kit in the wrong house, the school letter only one parent saw, the swap agreed by text and forgotten, the argument about who really has the children more. Each of those has a boring, practical fix, and the fixes belong in one calendar both homes trust.
What we hold ourselves to
- People are free. Your co-parent and everyone you invite join at no cost. If anything ever costs money, it is a feature, never a person.
- The AI never meets your child. When Homedays reads a school letter, names are replaced with placeholders before anything reaches a model, and put back afterwards inside the app.
- Neutral by design. The parenting-time count has no winner, no target and no "you are owed". It counts nights by one printed rule and reports the gaps.
- You can always leave. One tap exports everything. We would rather earn the next month than trap you in it.
Where we are
Homedays is early. It is in daily use with a small number of families, the product is available in six languages, and it opens more widely soon. We publish what we build and what we get wrong in our writing, and the privacy page says plainly what is and is not in place yet.
